Arlington Integrative Medicine (AIM) Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy for Arlington Integrative Medicine, LLC (“AIM,” “we,” or “us”) outlines how AIM collects, uses, and protects any information received from you. This Privacy Policy applies to all information that AIM collects or acquires from or about you, whether online, offline, via mobile platforms, or otherwise. It covers AIM’s websites, including arlingtonintegrative.com and all AIM-owned or controlled sites, mobile sites, and associated apps (collectively, “Sites”).

General Information We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal information you share with us. AIM will never sell your personal information.   • Linking profiles on third-party platforms with your AIM patient account

2. What We Do With the Information

2.1 AIM Use of Information

  • Transactional, Administrative, and Customer Relation Purposes: We use your information for purposes related to the reason it was submitted, including:
    • Administering and servicing accounts
    • Communicating with you regarding activity on your account or responses to health questionnaires
    • Processing and fulfilling orders
    • Sending transactional notices, such as updates to the Privacy Policy or security breach notifications
  • Marketing and Advertising Purposes:
    • Email Marketing: If you provide your email address, we may send product/service offers, promotions, and advertisements.
    • Mobile Marketing: With your prior consent, we may send SMS/MMS messages to your mobile device to inform you about AIM products or services.

AIM will not disclose your PII to third parties except as outlined below:

3.1 Information Access

You may request a list of your PII held by AIM by emailing admin@arlingtonintegrative.com. Please include your email address, first name, and last name in the body of the email. We may contact you for clarification during this process.

3.2 Opt-Out Options

You may opt out of AIM’s marketing uses of your PII by sending a request to ARLINGTON INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE, LLC, Office of Compliance, 1301 South Bowen Road, Suite 300, Arlington, TX 76013. You can also unsubscribe from marketing communications by clicking “unsubscribe” in any AIM marketing email.

Note:

  • Opting out will stop marketing emails but not transactional emails (e.g., order confirmations or notifications of Privacy Policy updates).
  • Opting out of telemarketing will stop marketing calls but not necessary administrative calls.

4. Protecting Children

AIM Sites, products, and services are not intended for children under 14 years of age. We do not knowingly collect PII from individuals under 14. If we become aware of any collection of information from a child under 14, we will delete it.
